Job summary

ClearJet, an AI-driven logistics company in Austin, TX, moves e-commerce packages from origin to doorstep—air, ground, sortation, and final mile. The Data team owns the analytical backbone: cost, revenue, SLA performance, and the weekly reports our customers and finance rely on.

You’ll be the third member of a small, high-leverage data team. You’ll own end-to-end data domains—from stakeholder conversations, through modeling and pipelines, to dashboards, analytics, or invoice files the business

Qualifications

• 5–8 years in analytics engineering, data engineering, or adjacent roles.
• Expert SQL and dbt experience.
• Strong Python with production-grade programs.
• Experience with AI agents as automation.
• Ability to gather requirements from non-technical partners and present results.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end data domains from stakeholder brief to delivery.
• Build dashboards, analytics, or invoice files used by the business.
• Develop and maintain pipelines and models in Snowflake/dbt.
• Collaborate with AI agents to automate data workflows.
