Job summary

ClearJet is seeking a data analytics engineer to join a small, high-leverage team. You will own entire data domains from stakeholder conversations to modeling, dashboards, and automated invoice files that the business runs on.

You’ll work with AI agents to accelerate pipelines, maintain dbt in Snowflake, and collaborate with Finance and Operations to tie activities to costs and revenue. The role demands hands-on coding, autonomy, and comfort with imperfect data.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years in analytics engineering or data engineering with real-money data.
• Expert SQL and dbt experience, including incremental models and testing.
• Solid Python for building parsers, integrations, and validation tasks.
• Experience using AI agents to automate data workflows.
• Ability to gather requirements from non-technical partners and present results.
• Comfort working in messy operational domains with changing data formats.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end data domains from stakeholder discussions to modeling and dashboards.
• Build and maintain dbt models in Snowflake with testing and reconciliation.
• Develop revenue, cost, and invoicing analytics for business needs.
• Collaborate with finance, operations, and product to interpret data truths.
