Job summary

Direct Supply, Inc. is seeking a Staff Business Reinvention Architect to lead enterprise-wide workflow redesign and future-state integration architecture.

You’ll advise senior leadership, architect cross-platform solutions, and align initiatives with company goals—driving scalable and sustainable business outcomes. You’ll leverage AI, intelligent automation, and data-driven insights to reimagine how Direct Supply operates across functions and solution groups, ensuring adoption of new practices

Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, CS, or related field and 12+ years in enterprise architecture or digital transformation.
• Deep expertise in intelligent automation, RPA, low-code tools, AI apps, system integration, and workflow orchestration.
• Proven ability to influence architectural standards and drive alignment across engineering, product, and business teams.

Responsibilities

• Deliver scalable, maintainable solutions that drive measurable business outcomes across the enterprise.
• Architect and lead end-to-end workflows redefining operations across functions and solution groups.
• Drive AI, data, and automation initiatives to reinvent core business processes.
• Define transformation roadmaps aligned with strategic priorities and measurable results.
• Design and integrate workflows across Zendesk, RingCentral, CRM, Microsoft 365, and legacy systems.
