Job summary

Lenovo is seeking a senior, hands-on AI Enterprise Engineering Architect to build the Qira for Enterprise end to end. You will extend Lenovo’s platform into an enterprise-grade layer, maintain production-grade code, and drive security and compliance across the stack.

This is a hands-on architecture role with potential to lead a team and collaborate with leadership, product, and UX on secure, scalable implementations.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of hands-on software engineering and development experience across full stack.
• 3+ years building AI/ML or LLM-based applications and workflows.
• Experience turning UX/product designs into production software.
• Proficiency in modern front-end (React/TypeScript) and backend languages on cloud.
• Proven hands-on technical leader with production code contributions.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS/Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Build the Qira for Enterprise end to end: UX, front-end, back-end services and data layers.
• Implement designs into shipping product across platforms (Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, web/cloud).
• Extend platform with enterprise guardrails and security.
• Lead cross-cutting architecture and set standards.
• Collaborate with leadership, product, and UX to translate designs.
• Mentor engineers and potentially manage a team.
• Participate in security audits and certifications.
