You’ll hire and mentor engineers, shape product direction, and ensure alignment with business outcomes. A strong backend/AI background and experience with senior staff are expected.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of software engineering with leadership experience.
• Experience managing senior staff or principal reports while coding.
• Backend or backend-leaning full-stack with design reviews and debugging.
• Experience leading external customer-facing products and scaling teams.
• Ability to set clear expectations and provide direct feedback.
• Exposure to AI/ML systems; Python, TypeScript and cloud infra useful.
• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow a team of senior, staff, and principal engineers while coding, reviewing designs and debugging.
• Ship AI-powered document processing and data-extraction products.
• Coach engineers through feedback and help develop future leaders.
