Job summary

Accenture is seeking a consultant in Life Sciences Supply Chain and Engineering to deliver AI-enabled transformation. You will analyze current processes, design future-state AI integrations, and support digital delivery across operations.

You’ll build data-driven insights, assess change impact, and apply AX Design principles to agent interactions and handoffs. Travel up to 75% is typical, with collaboration across AI platforms and partnerships (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of experience in process excellence, process redesign, or management consulting.
Minimum 1 year using AI-assisted analytics, visualization and Gen AI tools for content generation and UI.
Minimum 1 year of integrating AI and automating business process design.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience; 6+ years if associate degree.
Familiarity with process mapping tools and strong analytical communication.

Responsibilities

Analyze client current state by assessing processes, technology tools and organizational structure to transform to AI insight driven future state.
Design future-state process specifications covering AI integration points and operating model changes.
Conduct process analysis and support delivery of digital and platform solutions.
Build analytical frameworks and data-driven assessments using AI-assisted visualization tools.
Develop change-impact assessments using AI-assisted organizational analysis tools.
Apply AX Design principles when specifying or reviewing AI integration designs and agent behaviors.
