Responsibilities
- Define the organizational and technical strategy for AI Foundations and Proactive Experiences.
- Build and lead a high-performing engineering organization across multiple workstreams.
- Partner with Product, Design, Research, and Data Science to shape the roadmap for proactive Pinterest experiences.
- Lead the development of foundational AI capabilities enabling context-aware, personalized experiences.
- Drive multi-year roadmap for reusable AI capabilities powering various surfaces and use cases.
