Job summary
Pinterest is seeking a Senior Manager, Engineering to lead AI foundations and proactive experiences, shaping the next generation of AI-driven user experiences across our platform. Qualifications
- Extensive experience leading AI/ML engineering teams at scale.
- Proven ability to translate product bets into technical roadmaps.
- Strong collaboration with Product, Design, Research, Data Science and leadership teams.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
Responsibilities
- Define and drive the organizational and technical strategy for AI Foundations and Proactive Experiences.
- Build and lead a high‑performing engineering organization across multiple workstreams.
- Partner with Product, Design, Research and Data Science to shape the roadmap for proactive Pinterest experiences.
- Hire, mentor, and grow exceptional talent while building an inclusive engineering culture.
