Job summary

Global Payments Inc. is seeking a Manager, AI Engineering in Alpharetta, GA to lead the AI Engineering & Innovation Team, driving GenAI/ML adoption and enterprise AI initiatives. You will partner with engineering, product, and business peers to deliver scalable, secure AI capabilities that create measurable value.

You will shape AI strategy, mentor teams, and accelerate AI maturity across the organization, while ensuring responsible and compliant AI practices.

Qualifications

Proven leadership of software/AI teams delivering enterprise-scale AI/ML/GenAI solutions.
Strong track record translating business strategy into technical execution with measurable results.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management across technical and non-technical audiences.
