Job summary

INFUSE is building a new engineering team that operates like a small product company inside the firm. You will lead this team and own projects end to end, from scoping and architecture through development to production.

You’ll work with Python, TypeScript/Node.js, SQL and AWS, using Claude for LLM work. Strong senior software engineering experience, leadership ability, and clear English communication are required for success.

Qualifications

• Senior software engineer with production system experience and architecture reviews.
• End-to-end delivery experience across scoping, architecture, development and production.
• Excellent English communication with non-engineering stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own the architecture of the team's builds: service boundaries, data flows, integrations, failure modes.
• Build Python and TypeScript services, SQL against live databases, LLM-based agents where applicable.
• Turn product ideas into prototypes and push those that prove out to production, pruning weak ideas.
