Qualifications

• 15+ years in enterprise technology, software engineering, solution architecture, or technical consulting.
• 5+ years in AI/ML, Generative AI, intelligent automation, or AI-enabled enterprise solutions.
• Proven experience as Technical Architect, Enterprise Architect, Solution Architect or equivalent senior leadership role.
• Strong experience designing and delivering complex, enterprise-scale technology solutions.
• Demonstrated experience establishing AI architecture, governance, security, and operational standards.
• Strong hands-on understanding of LLMs, RAG, Agentic AI, AI orchestration, evaluation frameworks, and enterprise AI integration.
• Experience with Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Foundry, Microsoft AI ecosystem, or comparable platforms.

Responsibilities

• AI Strategy & Portfolio Leadership: Assess and prioritize a portfolio of AI opportunities; lead discovery engagements; translate opportunities into a structured AI delivery roadmap; establish scalable governance frameworks.
• Enterprise AI Architecture: Define end-to-end architecture; design Azure-centric solutions integrating with Microsoft 365 Copilot, Teams, Azure AI services, SAP, Power BI; architect LLM-based patterns.
• Technical Leadership & Delivery: Provide direction to distributed teams; establish standards, reference implementations, and best practices; oversee architecture reviews and production-readiness.
• AI/GenAI Technical Expertise: Lead across LLMs, Generative AI, agentic AI, RAG, AI orchestration, prompt engineering, model evaluation, vector databases, enterprise API integration, security, observability.
• Stakeholder & Executive Management: Advise business and technology leadership; run workshops; translate AI concepts into business outcomes; manage priorities and dependencies; report progress.
• Value Realization & Adoption: Define success criteria (ROI, adoption, productivity); track performance post-production; drive adoption and organizational change.
