Tower Loan of Mississippi, LLC is seeking a Senior AI Engineer - Voice & Conversational AI to design, develop, and deploy AI-powered voice solutions across customer service, account servicing, and payment reminders. The role focuses on real-time AI interactions, secure tool-calling, and scalable integrations with SIP/VoIP systems.

You will lead development from concept to production, evaluate prompts, manage conversation policies, and ensure compliance with security and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, AI, or related field preferred.
5+ years of professional software development experience preferred.
Experience building production AI-powered applications, especially conversational AI or LLM solutions.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain real-time AI voice applications using LLMs, speech-to-speech, and conversational AI platforms.
Implement automated workflows for customer service, payments, and account servicing with secure prompts and policies.
Integrate AI apps with SIP, VoIP, PBX, and enterprise telecom infrastructure; ensure reliability and scalability.
