Job summary

Amentum is seeking a Senior AI Engineer to advance AI/ET capabilities, including LLM orchestration, data pipelines, and secure RAG architectures. You will work with mission stakeholders to capture requirements and improve certification processes by introducing AI/ML tooling.

Responsibilities include integrating static analyzers, RAG systems, and automated testing pipelines, with emphasis on security, performance, and scalability in secure enclaves.

Qualifications

• Doctoral or master's level with years of relevant experience as listed.
• Proficiency in Python, LLM integration, and data engineering.
• Experience with static analyzers, RAG, and relational/vector databases.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain LLM orchestration frameworks.
• Develop data preprocessing pipelines for LLM ingestion.
• Design and implement databases to support RAG architectures.
• Collaborate with security teams to support ATO processes.
