Job summary

Que Technology Group, Inc. is seeking a Senior AI Engineer to lead LLM orchestration and data pipelines for AI/ET missions. You will coordinate static analyzers, RAG systems, and testing pipelines within secure enclaves, delivering scalable AI tools for vulnerability analysis.

The role requires collaboration with mission stakeholders, strong Python and data engineering skills, and experience with CI/CD, Git, Jira, and Confluence. A TS/SCI with Polygraph is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 8+ years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in Python, LLM integration, and data engineering.
• Experience with static analyzers, RAG framework, and relational and vector databases.
• Familiarization with Agile, Git, Jira, and Confluence.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate to design, develop, and maintain LLM orchestration frameworks.
• Develop data preprocessing pipelines for ingestion and vectorization for LLMs.
• Design and implement databases to support RAG architectures and audit trails.
• Work with systems engineers to deploy AI tools in secure enclaves and optimize performance.
• Support certification processes and perform scalability analysis of mission systems.
