Resource Management Concepts, Inc. (RMC) is seeking an Artificial Intelligence Engineer to design and deploy secure AI systems that connect foundation models with enterprise tools, data, and services.

You will build agent architectures, advanced retrieval capabilities, and stateful workflows with strict permission controls. The role requires hands-on experience in orchestration, RAG, and security, with production-ready tooling and HITL oversight for high-consequence actions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Engineering, or Mathematics with CS concentration, or equivalent.
• Hands-on production experience with MCP servers/clients and agent orchestration tools.
• Experience with GraphRAG, stateful workflows, and enterprise data services.
• Knowledge of JSON Schema/Protobuf and IAM token integration for security.
• 5+ years of relevant professional experience, on-site government work a plus.

Responsabilités

• Architect modular agent ecosystems using MCP to connect foundation models with enterprise data.
• Design stateful workflows and memory architectures for long-lived agent sessions.
• Enforce data access with strict ACLs, RBAC/ABAC, and per-user permissions.
• Build resilient runtimes with HITL gates and controlled execution.
