Accelera Solutions is seeking an AI Engineer to design and deploy secure AI systems that connect foundation models with enterprise data and services. You will architect agent ecosystems, stateful workflows, and advanced retrieval systems while enforcing strict data access and user permissions.

The role requires hands-on expertise in MCP, LangGraph, CrewAI, and Claude Agent SDK, plus production experience with GraphRAG, and a strong security focus.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with ability to obtain CI Polygraph.
• 5+ years of relevant professional experience in AI/secure systems.
• On-site work in Charleston, SC or Washington, DC metro area.
• Hands-on production experience with MCP server/client implementations, LangGraph, CrewAI, and Claude Agent SDK.
• Experience with GraphRAG, vector search, and stateful retrieval pipelines.
• Proficiency in JSON Schema and Protobuf for data contracts and IAM integration.

Responsabilités

• Architect modular agent ecosystems using MCP to standardize connections between models, tools and data.
• Design complex stateful workflows with production orchestration frameworks (LangGraph, CrewAI, Claude Agent SDK).
• Implement secure data access boundaries with RBAC/ABAC and ACL mappings for agent actions.
• Develop resilient runtimes with idempotent retries, budget controls, and HITL gates for high-risk actions.
