Qualifications

• 10+ years in data engineering or leadership roles.
• Canonical data model design used by multiple teams.
• Config-driven integration for new data sources and minimal forked code.

Responsibilities

• Build data pipelines and models end-to-end.
• Ensure data lineage, quality, and traceability for financial data.
• Collaborate with architects, backend and AI engineers, and product teams.
• Mentor and lead offshore/offsite data engineers and review designs.
