Job summary

IMCS Group is seeking an experienced AI/ML Engineer to design, deploy, and optimize GenAI solutions across enterprise environments in Chicago. You will build GenAI, LLM, and RAG applications, integrate AI agents, and collaborate with business teams to deliver scalable AI-driven outcomes.

The role requires strong hands-on skills in MLOps, AI governance, Databricks, vector databases, and cloud-native development, with a focus on production reliability and measurable impact.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and deploying GenAI, LLMs, and RAG solutions.
• Knowledge of AI agents and agentic workflows.
• Proficiency with MLOps/AIOps practices.
• Experience with Databricks and embeddings/semantic search.
