Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 7+ years with AWS services, enterprise architecture, system engineering, and security.
• 5+ years with Python, AI frameworks, and AIOps.
• Familiarity with SageMaker, containerization, and orchestration.
• Strong Agile, code reviews, and software lifecycle knowledge.
• Experience with remote teams in a matrixed environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development, deployment, and optimization of AI and Generative AI solutions.
• Design and implement scalable, reliable AI system architectures.
• Oversee the model development lifecycle from design to deployment.
• Apply engineering best practices for platform scalability, reliability, and uptime.
• Support automation products across dispersed teams.
• Collaborate with software engineers, data scientists, and DevOps.
• Track platform performance and availability metrics.
• Apply security best practices across AI platforms and automation solutions.
• Troubleshoot complex issues with strong problem-solving skills.
• Mentor junior engineers and foster technical excellence.
• Stay current with new technologies to improve enterprise AI platforms.
