Job summary

Nexaminds is seeking a Senior AI Developer to design, build, and deploy AI/ML solutions that transform business processes. You will work with product, data, and business teams to deliver production-grade AI features, data pipelines, and intelligent automation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/DS/Math or related field (preferred)
• 4+ years in software development with 2+ years AI/ML engineering
• Strong Python and ML library experience (scikit-learn, PyTorch, TF, HuggingFace)
• Hands-on with LLM APIs and prompt engineering
• Experience building RAG pipelines and vector search integrations (Pinecone, pgvector, Weaviate)
• Cloud AI/ML services on Azure/AWS/GCP; REST APIs, Docker, CI/CD
• Data fundamentals: SQL, data wrangling, feature engineering
• Strong problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy AI/ML models and NLP pipelines
• Build LLM-powered features with OpenAI/Azure/Anthropic APIs
• Develop data pipelines for model training and inference (real-time or batch)
• Integrate AI solutions into enterprise platforms and APIs
• Write clean, tested Python code and conduct peer reviews
• Translate requirements into AI use cases with stakeholders in Agile sprints
• Monitor production models and pipelines; diagnose issues and improve performance
• Prototype new AI frameworks and tools; document designs and data flows
