Job summary

Twin Health is seeking a senior AI engineer to join a core AI team building AI-driven products for metabolic health outcomes in chronic conditions. You will own end-to-end AI features, including generative agents and personalized recommendations, within a digital twin platform.

The role is hands-on with end-to-end ownership from ideation to deployment and continuous optimization, collaborating with clinical and engineering teams. Remote-friendly for US-based candidates with strong compensation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of industry experience in production AI/ML systems.
• Strong fundamentals: testing, CI/CD, system design, code review.
• Experience with LLMs, retrieval-augmented generation, and prompt engineering.
• Experience deploying models in production AI systems.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Drive the full lifecycle of AI products from ideation to deployment and optimization.
• Own engineering quality of AI systems, including testing and CI pipelines.
• Set and enforce engineering standards through code review and observability.
• Build conversational AI agents, deep learning models, and personalized recommendations.
• Improve ML models to drive behavior change for metabolic health.
• Collaborate with clinical, research, analytics, and engineering teams.
