Job summary

Alight Solutions LLC is seeking an experienced AI engineer to collaborate with cross-functional teams to build and deploy AI-powered features enhancing employee experiences. You will design and deploy ML models, search and chat apps, and optimize AI workflows in a global, agile setting.

The role requires a strong foundation in Python/Spark, ML libraries, and AWS data tools, plus the ability to communicate complex ideas to non-tech stakeholders and work within a flexible, remote-friendly

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/DS/Math/Engineering or related field.
• Experience with Python or Spark and ML libraries (TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch).
• Data preparation, feature engineering, and data transformation.
• Knowledge of CNNs, RNNs, and reinforcement learning.
• Experience with AWS data science tools (SageMaker/Glue/Lambdas).
• Experience in Agile and DevOps processes.
• Ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical partners.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy ML models and AI apps.
• Build search and chat applications using agentic AI.
• Create AI pathing paths for the engineering org.
• Experiment and evaluate model performance; analyze results.
• Stay current with new tools and technologies and assess impact.
