Job summary

LinkedIn is seeking a Senior AI Software Engineer to own end-to-end machine learning systems at production scale. You will train models powering recommender and classification systems across LinkedIn’s core products, and manage GPU fleets for fast inference.

This senior IC role expects ownership of a significant workstream and cross-team alignment. You will mentor juniors, deliver impact with urgency, and continuously improve efficiency and quality while staying at the forefront of AI research

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in CS, ML or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of software design, development, and algorithm experience.
• 2+ years experience with programming languages such as Java, Python, etc.
• 2+ years experience with ML, data mining, IR or NLP

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end ML systems that run in production at LinkedIn scale.
• Train models and power recommender/classification systems.
• Mentor junior engineers and align technical direction across teams.
• Deliver measurable member and business impact with urgency.
