Qualifications

• BA/BS in CS or related practical technical experience.
• 5+ years of related industry experience in machine learning, development, and algorithm related solutions.
• 1+ year(s) of management experience leading a AI/ML engineering team, or 1+ year(s) of Staff level AI/ML engineering experience with management training.
• Hands on experience in data modeling and machine learning.

Responsibilities

• Understand and model content quality with agentic LLMs guided by human feedback.
• Match content to members by revolutionizing retrieval and ranking systems with state‑of‑the‑art generative models.
• Decide where and when content appears across LinkedIn’s Feed and surfaces to maximize member value.
