Reevo in Santa Clara, CA is seeking experienced AI-focused Software Engineers to build intelligent AI-powered features across products. You'll collaborate with engineering, product, and data teams to deploy production-ready AI applications from experiment to deployment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience with focus on AI/ML systems.
• Deep expertise in LLMs, RAG, and modern AI frameworks.
• Experience with ML operations, deployment, and monitoring.
• Proven track record building production AI applications from experimentation to deployment.
• Strong knowledge of prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and AI evaluation.
• Ability to analyze AI system performance and implement improvements.
• Experience with vector databases, embedding systems, and semantic search.
• Familiarity with AI safety practices and responsible AI development.
• Excellent communication skills to explain AI concepts to various stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement RAG systems for contextual AI responses.
• Build evaluation platforms to measure AI performance and quality.
• Develop UX patterns for LLM integrations.
• Create data collection/labeling pipelines for continual model improvement.
• Collaborate across teams to identify AI-driven user value.
• Build reusable AI infra enabling rapid feature development.
• Implement AI safety, monitoring, and QA systems.
• Present AI demos to internal teams and collect feedback.
• Stay updated on AI/ML advances and apply to products.
