Verizon is seeking a senior AI/ML Engineer to lead the technical execution of its transition to a modern, agile pod model. You will work across customer touchpoints, delivering advanced machine learning support to enable microsegmentation and hyper-personalization.

You will own end-to-end model lifecycles, drive high-impact projects, and present insights to senior leadership and cross-functional partners. This hybrid role combines office work with remote flexibility.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or 6+ years of work experience.
• 8+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience working on high-priority technical initiatives in a corporate setting.
• Experience designing and measuring A/B tests or uplift models for targeting.
• Strong expertise in ML/DL algorithms including transformers and NLP; experience with PyTorch and scikit-learn.
• Proficiency with Python, R, and SQL for advanced statistical modeling.
• Experience with cloud platforms (GCP/AWS/Azure) and production MLOps tools.

Responsabilidades

• Lead design, development, and optimization of agentic AI, LLM, and ML/DL solutions.
• Build, train, and deploy high-priority propensity models to predict customer behavior and churn.
• Consolidate overlapping propensity models into a unified customer state and models; reduce costs.
• End-to-end model development pipelines from feature engineering to production deployment and monitoring.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior data scientists.
