Job summary

Maximus seeks a senior AI/ML leader to drive applied analytics across the enterprise. You will design and deliver AI-enabled applications that integrate models with data, cloud services, and existing systems. You will mentor teams and translate complex technical concepts for stakeholders of all levels.

Expect to own production-ready algorithms, experiment with emerging technologies, and promote best practices through playbooks and reusable components. Strong coding discipline is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 10+ years of experience.
• Extensive experience building and deploying production AI/ML solutions.
• Strong software engineering and algorithmic background.
• Ability to communicate complex technical decisions clearly.
