Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of professional experience in AI/ML/algorithms.
• 7+ years building production algorithms on real data and systems.
• Experience deploying algorithms outside notebook environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI/ML solutions across the enterprise with scalable tools and automation.
• Own complex technical problems from exploration to deployment and improvement.
• Write high-quality software and contribute to enterprise capabilities.
• Build AI-enabled apps integrating models, data, cloud services, and APIs.
• Mentor staff and promote best practices in AI/ML development.
• Evaluate new AI technologies for production value.
