Job summary

Doosan Bobcat North America, Inc. seeks a Senior AI Engineer to design, implement, and optimize enterprise-scale AI features embedded in products and platforms. You will lead end-to-end AI model development, ensuring production readiness and measurable business impact.

You will collaborate with product owners, software engineers, and the AI Enablement team to meet architecture and governance standards, while mentoring junior engineers and driving continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science or related field.
• Master’s degree is preferred.
• 5–7 years in AI/ML engineering with production-grade delivery.
• Expert Python and major LLM frameworks.
• Cloud-native AI deployment with AWS and container tech.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation of complex AI models integrated into products and systems.
• Design scalable AI solutions from requirements to production.
• Develop high-performance AI applications and multi-step agents with low latency and maintainability.
• Collaborate with product, software, and business teams to release AI features.
• Mentor junior engineers and lead code reviews and best practices.
• Ensure security, governance and data privacy alignment with AI Enablement.
