Job summary

Doosan Bobcat NA US in West Fargo, ND is seeking an experienced AI Engineer Sr to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of enterprise-scale AI capabilities for digital products and operations. This onsite role focuses on production-ready AI, generative features, and intelligent agents.

As a senior technical leader, you will mentor engineers, collaborate with AI Enablement on governance and security, and deliver measurable ROI while ensuring privacy and compliance across platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/AI/DS or related field.
• 5–7 years of AI/ML engineering experience delivering production-grade solutions.
• Expert Python proficiency and major LLM frameworks (LangChain, Hugging Face, OpenAI APIs).
• Cloud-native AI deployment on AWS and containerization with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience building REST/GraphQL APIs and data pipelines.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Exposure to MLOps practices including CI/CD and model monitoring.
• Mentorship and leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation of AI models in production environments.
• Translate business requirements into scalable AI solutions.
• Architect and develop high-performance AI apps and agents for latency, accuracy, maintainability.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers and lead code reviews.
• Collaborate with product, software, and business teams for production releases.
• Ensure security, governance, and privacy compliance with AI Enablement.
• Drive ROI through production-grade AI features.
• Evaluate new AI tools and technologies for impact.
