The role emphasizes practical, hands-on work—implementing AI-enabled features, integrating LLMs and RAG patterns, and building repeatable patterns and guardrails within enterprise workflows.

You will collaborate across architecture, engineering, data and security to deliver measurable business outcomes in a regulated industry.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience building production systems.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Strong proficiency in at least one production language such as Python, C#, Java, or similar.
• Experience integrating third-party APIs and services; distributed systems, REST/JSON, and auth patterns.
• Hands-on experience implementing LLM-based solutions and/or ML-enabled services.
• Knowledge of RAG concepts and vector databases is a plus.
• Awareness of LLMOps/MLOps practices and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).

Responsibilities

• Implement AI-enabled features, services, and APIs that integrate into existing enterprise workflows.
• Design and build integration patterns for external AI services with secure data handling and auditability.
• Develop retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) solutions using enterprise data sources.
• Collaborate with Architecture and Engineering to support AI platform reference architecture.
• Create reusable AI components to accelerate delivery across use cases.
• Establish AI engineering best practices for testing, safety, and CI/CD.
• Implement monitoring and observability for AI solutions and runbooks.
• Contribute to AI governance, risk reviews, and documentation.
