Job summary

Guidehouse seeks an experienced AI Transformation Lead to drive on-premises AI server deployment, integration of AI capabilities, and digital transformation across client environments. You will collaborate with data scientists, platform engineers, and product teams to iterate on use cases, deliver POCs/MVPs, and scale solutions while ensuring security and compliance.

Required are an active SECRET clearance, 8+ years in relevant fields, and deep experience with Generative AI/LLM techs.

Qualifications

• ACTIVE and MAINTAINED SECRET security clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 8+ years of professional experience in software/data/ML engineering related fields.
• 3 years in software/data/RAG architecture or ML engineering with cloud-native services.
• 2 years focused on Generative AI/LLM technologies.
• 1 year optimizing token efficiency and cost in production LLM apps.

Responsibilities

• Implement AI strategy to increase adoption of AI technologies across client organization.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to establish on-premises AI server.
• Integrate AI capabilities into applications and services.
• Collaborate with data scientists, platform engineers, and product teams to iterate on use cases and scale POCs/MVPs.
• Follow responsible AI practices and security/compliance requirements.
• Conduct digital transformation initiatives to improve mission accomplishment and efficiency.
