AbsenceSoft is transforming the employee experience with secure, intuitive AI-powered leave management. We seek a Senior AI Engineer to design and scale innovative AI solutions, drive automation, and embed AI into core product experiences.

You will collaborate across teams, own model development from research to production, and ensure ethical AI practices in a remote-first environment that values growth and impact.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of software engineering experience with 3+ years in AI/ML development.
• Strong Python and ML framework expertise; knowledge of NLP and predictive modeling.
• Hands-on experience with MLOps, cloud AI platforms, and secure data pipelines.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models to power automation and analytics.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to align AI with business goals.
• Research and prototype AI applications for the leave management domain.
• Optimize models for performance, accuracy, and scalability.
• Implement MLOps practices for training, testing, deployment, and monitoring.
• Ensure ethical AI standards, fairness, transparency, and bias detection.
