Job summary

Deloitte France is seeking an AI and Data Science Engineer II to design, build, test, and deploy ML/AI solutions for client use cases. You will develop data pipelines, model training workflows, and production-grade components to support AI-enabled products.

The role emphasizes collaboration with engineers, data scientists, product stakeholders, and business teams, plus monitoring and improving model accuracy, reliability, and scalability within the AIE platform.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a quantitative field.
• 3+ years of professional experience designing, developing, deploying, or supporting ML/AI/analytics.
• Must possess an active U.S. Secret security clearance and maintain it.
• Ability to travel 20% on average based on work and clients served.
• Authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future.
• Master's degree in related fields (preferred).
• 2+ years deploying ML models into production and 2+ years NLP/LLM experience (preferred).
• 1+ years of experience with Salesforce Agentforce (preferred).
• 1+ years of experience in monitoring/model governance or MLOps (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Design, build, test, and deploy ML/AI solutions for business and client use cases.
• Develop and maintain data pipelines, model training workflows, and production components.
• Analyze structured and unstructured data to identify patterns and insights.
• Collaborate with engineers, data scientists, and stakeholders to translate requirements.
• Monitor model and application performance and implement enhancements for quality.
• Develop and maintain AI-enabled capabilities within the AI-enabled platform and lifecycle.
