Camgian is recruiting a Senior AI Engineer to advance decision support products across government and commercial markets. This hands-on role focuses on developing, training, and validating AI, ML, CV, and DL models, while guiding a small to mid-sized team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/CE/Statistics/Math required.
• Proficiency in Python with strong programming background.
• 5+ years progressive professional experience.
• United States Citizenship required.
• Strong AI/ML/DL theory and real-world model experience.

Responsibilities

• Architect, design, develop, and test features and sub-systems.
• Lead a team of engineers in algorithm/model design and development.
• Provide mentorship to junior engineers.
• Track milestones and releases, ensuring schedule and budget.
• Lead technical reviews and agile practices within the team.
• Drive process improvements and ongoing skill development.
