Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in software or AI/data science with at least 2 years in leadership.
• Technical background in C++, Python, GoLang, Java, JavaScript, ML, Data Science or SQL.
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, or other project management methodologies.
• Proven mentorship and management experience with team development and retention.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS/engineering or related field; advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
• US Citizenship.

Responsibilities

• Oversee software projects within program timelines and quality processes.
• Provide technical guidance in design, development, and troubleshooting.
