Mirakl in Boston, MA is seeking a Senior AI Engineer to lead AI strategy within your domain, partnering with product managers and business leaders to define roadmaps and deliver production-grade AI systems.

You will drive adoption, measure outcomes, mentor engineers, and raise the AI capability across teams, leveraging OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, and other models, with AWS or GCP infrastructure and Docker/Kubernetes.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Software/ML Engineering or Applied AI.
• Strong experience with LLMs, RAG, AI Agents, evaluation, and production systems.
• Ability to influence product and business decisions.
• Proven leadership on complex cross-functional initiatives.
• Languages: Python and SQL.

Responsibilities

• Define the AI vision and roadmap for your domain.
• Identify high-value opportunities with Product Managers and leaders.
• Design and build production-grade AI systems.
• Ensure scalability, reliability, and maintainability.
• Work closely with end users to drive adoption.
• Measure adoption and outcomes across the domain.
• Mentor engineers and share reusable components.
