Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Technology, or a related field.
• 1-3+ years of hands-on experience in machine learning and deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn.
• 1+ years of hands-on expertise developing agentic solutions with cloud services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and MLOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Proven experience overseeing the technical design and implementation of complex AI agent components.
• Hands-on experience designing and developing AI agents that leverage Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures and fine-tuning techniques.
• Proven expertise in managing performance, scalability, and reliability of AI models in production.
• Excellent communication skills for collaboration with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience conducting code reviews, leading knowledge-sharing sessions, and making critical technology decisions.

Responsibilities

• Provide Technical Leadership: Guide and mentor a team of AI Engineers while upholding architectural best practices and engineering excellence.
• Oversee Solution Design: Lead detailed technical design and implementation of AI agent components, GenAI integrations, and underlying infrastructure.
• Drive Team Delivery: Work with Product Owners to refine technical requirements, estimate efforts, and ensure timely delivery of AI features.
• Ensure Code Quality: Establish and enforce rigorous code review processes to ensure security and maintainability.
• Solve Complex Technical Problems: Act as the primary technical escalation point for the team and guide resolutions.
• Mentor and Develop Talent: Coach AI Engineers to grow their technical skills and understanding of agentic architectures.
• Evaluate New Technologies: Assess tools, libraries, and frameworks to improve team efficiency and capabilities.
