Job summary

FullStack seeks a Senior AI Software Engineer (LangGraph) to collaborate with clients through team augmentation or product development. You will design, build, and scale AI-driven workflows and backend systems while leading code reviews and coordinating offshore handoffs.

Strong communication and ownership are essential as you contribute to enterprise integrations and CI/CD excellence. You will work remotely in the United States, applying your AI workflow experience to complex, large-scale

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software development and enterprise APIs.
• Advanced English required.
• Four-year college degree required (bachelor).
• 1-4 years designing AI-driven production workflows.
• Hands-on LangGraph experience building complex AI workflows.
• Strong backend engineering for scalable services & APIs.
• Experience with at least one enterprise ecosystem (Workday, Oracle Fusion, SAP SF, UKG).
• Proven code-review leadership and offshore handoff experience.
• Ability to communicate architecture to senior leadership.
• Ownership-driven, proactive, and hands-on in coding and problem solving.
• Experience with CI/CD and maintaining libraries/tools.

Responsibilities

• Join via Team Augmentation or Design & Build model with clients.
• Contribute to building and delivering FullStack products for clients.
• Architect and implement scalable backend services and APIs.
• Lead code reviews and coordinate offshore development handoffs.
• Collaborate with product and design teams to meet client goals.
• Drive CI/CD practices and library contributions across teams.
