Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field.
• 5+ years in software/data/AI/ML with hands-on AI/ML development.
• 2+ years building AI agents or autonomous AI solutions in production.
• Experience with modern AI platforms, LLMs, APIs, and cloud AI services.
• Ability to gather requirements, architect scalable solutions, and integrate AI tech.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered tools and workflows that improve business and operational performance.
• Partner with stakeholders to identify opportunities for automation and transform challenges into scalable AI solutions.
• Build and integrate AI systems, agents, and automation using APIs, LLMs, and enterprise technologies.
• Establish prompt engineering, governance, and monitoring for reliable AI outcomes.
• Create user-friendly interfaces, dashboards, and tools to drive adoption of AI capabilities.
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies and contribute to Loenbro's AI strategy and roadmap.
