Job summary

Loenbro is seeking a Full Stack Platform Engineer in Westminster, CO, offering a hybrid work arrangement. You will design and maintain full-stack software that boosts operations, automate processes, and enable data-driven decisions across the business.

The role emphasizes frontend (React) and backend (Node.js/Python) work, with AI/LLM capabilities as a strong bonus. You will collaborate with IT, operations, and leadership to deliver scalable, secure software and drive the platform roadmap.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in software engineering with modern frontend and backend technologies.
• Experience building and shipping full-stack production applications (frontend React and backend APIs in Node.js/Python).
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/Google Cloud) and LLM-based APIs or AI services is a plus.
• Strong SQL skills with PostgreSQL/SQL Server and data modeling.
• Proficiency with Git, code reviews, automated testing, and CI/CD.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain full-stack software applications and platforms to improve operational performance.
• Develop backend services, APIs, and data integrations, incorporating LLM/AI capabilities where valuable.
• Architect integrations with ERP, HR, payroll systems for reporting and downstream platforms.
• Contribute to AI-assisted development processes and governance for production systems.
• Create user-friendly interfaces, dashboards, and internal tools for adoption across teams.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and contribute to Loenbro's platform architecture and roadmap.
