Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field.
• 5+ years in software engineering/data engineering/data science or related field.
• 3+ years hands-on AI/ML development.
• 2+ years building AI agents, agentic workflows, or autonomous AI in production.
• Experience with modern AI platforms, LLMs, APIs, and cloud AI services.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered tools and workflows to improve operations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and scalable AI solutions.
• Build and integrate AI systems using APIs, LLMs, and enterprise technologies.
• Establish prompt engineering, validation, governance, and monitoring for reliable AI outcomes.
• Create user-friendly interfaces and dashboards to drive adoption of AI capabilities.
• Contribute to Loenbro's AI strategy, architecture, and innovation roadmap.
