Job summary

Harris is modernizing its platform and building an AI engineering team to advance clinical and revenue cycle workflows. You will write production-grade Python, .NET and TypeScript code, own key features, and mentor peers on end-to-end delivery.

You will contribute to AI agents, MCP servers, and gateway components, while ensuring HIPAA/PHI compliance and robust observability with OpenTelemetry and Langfuse.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software development experience.
• 5+ years Python development.
• 5+ years REST APIs, OAuth2/JWT and API security.
• 5+ years Git, CI/CD, containers and cloud services (Azure preferred).
• 2+ years C#/.NET development.
• 2+ years building LLM-powered apps with prompting and tools.
• 2+ years creating agents with LangChain/LangGraph.
• 2+ years exposure to MCP, LiteLLM, OpenTelemetry or Langfuse.
• 1+ years TypeScript frontend work.
• 1+ years or strong interest in healthcare, HIPAA/PHI handling.

Responsibilities

• Build AI agents and multi-agent workflows using LangChain/LangGraph.
• Develop MCP servers and tools for safe CareTracker data usage.
• Contribute to AI gateway and API gateway components (routing, auth, costs).
• Instrument agent pipelines with OpenTelemetry and Langfuse.
• Write production code in Python, .NET (C#) and TypeScript with tests and reviews.
• Integrate with CareTracker services and healthcare data while following HIPAA/PHI rules.
• Review code and mentor mid-level engineers; lead features end-to-end.
