Qualifications

• Requires 10+ years of engineering experience and a strong record as a hands-on Staff or Principal Engineer building and maintaining complex web and mobile platforms.
• Proficient in the listed modern software and cloud stack, communicate effectively, and ideally have healthcare technology or HIPAA experience.

Responsibilities

• Write, review, test, and ship production code for platform features, including clinician routing and dispatch optimization and practical AI integrations.
• Collaborate with product and clinical teams, improve engineering standards and system security, mentor engineers, and support reliable, compliant patient and clinician experiences.
