Job summary

Abotts Inc is seeking a Senior AI Engineer – AI Governance to lead the design, implementation, and governance of enterprise AI and machine learning systems onsite in Eden Prairie, MN. You will combine hands-on AI/ML engineering with governance, risk management, and regulatory considerations to ensure secure, explainable, and compliant AI.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, data science, or related technical roles.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable AI/ML and Generative AI solutions for enterprise apps.
• Develop and integrate LLM-based applications, AI agents, RAG pipelines, embeddings, vector databases, and AI APIs.
• Work with AI platforms such as OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, AWS Bedrock.
• Develop AI solutions using Python and modern AI/ML frameworks.
• Build and maintain MLOps/LLMOps pipelines for model development, evaluation, deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management.
• Establish AI governance framework and risk controls.
• Implement security, privacy, and regulatory controls for AI deployments.
