Koantek LLC is looking for a seasoned Senior AI Engineer/Data Scientist to join our consulting team in Chandler, Arizona. This remote position involves leading technical consulting efforts, implementing advanced Machine Learning solutions, and optimizing Generative AI applications for our clients.

The ideal candidate will have over 4 years of experience in developing and maintaining ML models, with strong MLOps and Docker skills. Excellent communication abilities are essential to effectively serve both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional experience developing, deploying, and maintaining ML models.
• 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing consulting or Solutions Architect role.
• Strong expertise in the MLOps lifecycle.
• Solid hands-on experience with containerization and data pipeline orchestration.
• Proven track record of deploying Generative AI and NLP solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end ML implementations directly with clients.
• Design, build, and maintain production-grade ML pipelines.
• Implement and optimize Generative AI applications in production settings.
• Manage underlying infrastructure using Docker and Apache Spark.
• Communicate technical findings to various stakeholders.
