Job summary

3M Consultancy is seeking an AI Engineer for a fully remote role. You will lead end-to-end AI/ML projects, mentor junior team members, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into scalable AI solutions.

Requirements include 3–5+ years in software/ML engineering, strong Python proficiency, experience with PyTorch or TensorFlow, NLP/LLMs, MLflow, Docker, cloud platforms, and deploying models to production via SageMaker or Vertex AI. Strong communication is essential.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in software/ML engineering with leadership experience.
• Proficient in Python and deep learning frameworks (PyTorch/TensorFlow).
• Strong knowledge of NLP/LLMs and ML Ops (MLflow, Docker, cloud platforms).
• Experience deploying models to production (SageMaker/Vertex AI or custom APIs).
