Job summary

Nortal is hiring a senior software engineer to architect and develop the Intelligence and Integration Layers that connect autonomous AI agents with enterprise systems. You will rapidly transform early-stage ideas into production-grade applications for global teams.

Ship end-to-end AI products, build persistent memory with vector stores, and work with business units to identify high-value use cases while implementing EvalOps, safety guardrails, and optimization for cost and latency.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of software engineering with backend and distributed systems experience.
• 2+ years of production AI/LLM experience including RAG and agentic workflows.
• 3+ years of data engineering and ETL experience integrating enterprise systems.
