Job summary

Fruition Group US is seeking a Senior AI Engineer to join a fast-growing space-industry team developing next-generation technology for spacecraft design, manufacturing and systems integration.

You will work at the intersection of AI/ML, automation and physical engineering, building hands-on systems with real-world impact and owning key components from concept to deployment. US citizenship is required.

Compensation includes base salary range of $140k–$175k plus equity and benefits.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in CS, ML/AI or a related technical discipline.
• 4+ years' experience building advanced ML/AI systems.
• Strong experience with LLMs, agentic systems, reinforcement learning, transformers, vision or generative models.
• Strong Python experience, ideally with PyTorch.
• C++ and/or C# experience.
• Strong classical algorithm development skills.
• Experience working with complex technical or physical systems.
• Ability to balance model performance, simulation fidelity and real-world constraints.

Responsibilities

• Develop AI systems for spacecraft design, manufacturing and systems integration.
• Work on foundation models, reinforcement learning and self-supervised learning.
• Implement algorithmic automation and generative design for engineering data.
• Collaborate across AI, automation, robotics and aerospace engineering teams.
