Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
• 7+ years of relevant experience; 10 years may substitute for the degree.
• Demonstrated experience designing, implementing, and maintaining AI capabilities in enterprise environments.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a VA Public Trust background.
• Available on contract award and willing to sign a letter of commitment.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain AI capabilities aligned with objectives.
• Integrate AI across DTC platforms including Salesforce/MuleSoft, Power Platform/Dynamics, Pega, Box, Appian.
• Apply AI-enabled code generation, automated testing, configuration recommendations, and code quality analysis within agile delivery teams.
• Lead enterprise AI integrations, validate performance, and provide technical guidance.
• Educate teams on best practices, responsible use, and secure AI implementation including HIPAA/VA privacy requirements.
• Support security and ATO documentation for AI components.
